DELIVERY

What are the delivery arrangements for my ta-daa! products?

We really work hard to get your orders sent to you as quickly as possible. As each product is unique to you and is individually quality checked, it usually takes about 10 working days to create and send the products. However, during very busy periods, such as Christmas, please try to allow longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We have a tiered pricing system that covers the cost of sending one item, but includes a discount if you buy more than one thing. For multiple items, your postage will be calculated based on the heaviest item. (See table below for prices).

ta-daa! cannot be held responsible for late deliveries as a result of strike action by the Royal Mail. If you would like us to arrange for alternative deliveries in this instance, please email us on info@ta-daa.co.uk

Will you ship abroad?

We can send ta-daa! products abroad. However, as there are large variations in the postage costs depending on destination and weight of the products, to send products abroad please contact info@ta-daa.co.uk stating your requirements.

GIFTS

Can I send a ta-daa! product as a gift?

Of course! (And may we say, what a great idea). Just put the name and address of the lucky recipient when you are asked to input your delivery details. If you would like to add a message please write it in the text box entitled: “Special instructions for the merchant” on the PayPal “Review Your Payment” page. All ta-daa! products are already beautifully packaged, but we also offer a gift wrapping service for the additional fee of £2.50. For this, your gift will be wrapped; tied with a ribbon with a ta-daa! gift tag. We will still send you an email confirming the amount you have paid through our friends at PayPal.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

I want to change something in my order that I placed today. Can I do this?

Ta-daa! products cannot be cancelled or changed as each product is made specially for you. Please email us on info@ta-daa.co.uk with any specific issues and we’ll call you back to discuss the options.

How can I give you feedback?

We need you to let us know how we are doing and what we can do better in order to keep everyone smiling. Please either click on the Feedback Link on the web site or email us at info@ta-daa.co.uk with all your comments and suggestions for new products, services or features.

What happens if there is a problem with my ta-daa! products?

We want you to love the things you buy and enjoy the experience of creating. That’s why we constantly check that you are happy as you are creating your characters and why we insist that you approve the final artwork before you buy. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind about a design that you have already approved.

THE ENVIRONMENT

What paper is used for the ta-daa! cards?

We believe in a responsible approach to protecting the environment. We have chosen to work with The Premier Paper Group as they offer a selection of high quality paper and have sound environmental credentials. The paper we use for our cards is environmentally-friendly ECF (elemental chlorine free) woodfree paper with a high content of selected pre-consumer recycled material. The paper is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council and it is guaranteed that the pulp is made without the use of chlorine gas during the paper making process. It is not only completely bio-degradable and recyclable, but it is also excellent for the presentation of our cards. If you would like to know more, please see www.paper.co.uk
